Supporting the superheroines without capes
At Flashnet, we believe that care and compassion are just as important as innovation. And this spring, we had the chance to put that belief into action by joining the “Adopt a Mother” campaign, an initiative dedicated to supporting mothers going through tough times.
Because while mothers are often the ones who give the most, they rarely ask for anything in return. This time, we wanted them to receive something too – a sign that they’re seen, appreciated and not alone.
With the help of a foundation that carries out this campaign every year and thanks to the generosity of our colleagues, we prepared 18 care packages filled with hygiene products, cosmetics and a bit of hope. These small bundles of kindness were delivered to mothers in social centers, hospitals, and isolated villages, offering not just essentials, but also the comfort of being thought of.
This initiative touched us deeply, not just because of what we gave, but because of what we received in return: a reminder that true impact doesn’t always come from grand gestures. Sometimes, a small token of care, or simply being remembered can mean the world to someone.
