After 15 years since inception, Flashnet continues to be at the forefront of IoT innovation and Smart City development
Dedicated to building open, future-proof connected solutions, Flashnet’s world leading team of engineers have made significant technological progress in the last year: hardware and software for smart cities and utilities.
As a fast-paced tech company, Flashnet is at the forefront of integrating Internet of Things (IoT) technologies on their journey toward digital transformation. Growing with each project deployed worldwide, the company continuously expands its expertise, innovates in the intelligent energy management market and aims towards developing environmentally conscious, energy-efficient smart cities.
Smaller, smarter street lighting controllers
Flashnet’s smart lighting solution, inteliLIGHT, is one of Flashnet’s main directions for smart city transformation. Lately, inteliLIGHT enriched its portfolio by building the first, most compact NB-IoT compatible Zhaga street lighting controller yet available for commercial purposes. To keep its commitment for an open solution, the company has obtained a TALQ2 certification for its smart street lighting solution.
Control Software built with the future in mind
Despite the uncertainty of 2020, the company has also created a new version of the inteliLIGHT Streetlight Control Software. The new CMS (Central Management System) promises a user-oriented experience and a more intuitive interface. More flexible, with numerous integration opportunities for IoT-ready applications and devices, the third-generation control software supports current and future IoT trends and leads the way for smart city management.
ENGIE + FLASHNET = Smart Utilities
Furthermore, following its partnership with ENGIE, Flashnet has deepened its know-how regarding smart utilities. inteliSENSE, one of the projects that the companies developed together, strives to eliminate gas distribution safety concerns by installing smart gas detectors that immediately alert the consumer and the utility company about any possible leakage. The combination of proactive and reactive safety measures, together with real-time ERP integration and communications promises to all but eliminate gas transport and distribution safety risks.
“Our highly skilled R&D engineers always deliver outstanding solutions. Together with our world class technical support team, they have succeeded to maintain our edge in this fast-paced technological world. And there is more to come” has declared Mr. Mozes, CEO of Flashnet.
